In Season: Dec. 15th - May 15th
$1100/week • $1650/month (plus utilities.

Off-season: May 15th - Dec. 15th
$950/week • $1450/month (plus utilities)

Maid: $65/per time additional.
Rates based on double occupancy
$25/each addtional person
