Warranty Information

One Year Limited Warranty
Hydrovisions, Inc. (the Company) warrants to the original retail purchaser of the Raptor 16 Competition or Raptor 16 Expedition that the boat, and any accessories manufactured by the Company, are free from defects in materials and workmanship.

The Company will repair or, at its option, replace defective parts, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty extends only to retail customers in the United States, U.S. Possessions, and Canada.

The foregoing is the Company’s sole warranty. All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded and disclaimed.
The Company’s sales agents or dealers have no authority to make any warranties on behalf of the Company in addition to or inconsistent with the one year limited warranty stated herein.

Your sole and exclusive remedy against the Company shall be the one-year limited warranty stated herein.

To the extent any provision of, or limitation to, this warranty is prohibited or limited by Federal, State or Municipal law, such provision or limitation may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.


This Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and discoloration

• Damage caused by abuse or failure to perform normal maintenance

• Damage caused by alterations or modifications

• Damage caused by mooring or storing the boat in water.

• Transportation of boat or parts to the Company

• Any boat used as a rental or placed in commercial service

• Damage caused by a failure to follow procedures in operating or assembly manuals

• Damage caused by operating the boat in wind and/or sea conditions more severe than the maximum recommended wind or sea conditions contained in Company supplied operating manuals

• Any consequential damages, incidental damages, or incidental expenses, including damage to property

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.


To obtain warranty service:
You must notify the Company of your warranty claim within 30 days of discovering the defect and provide proof of purchase and purchase date.

You will be instructed to deliver or ship the boat or defective part to the Company at 1334 North Melrose Drive, Unit C, Vista, CA 92083. If you ship the boat, you should use the original shipping carton or a comparable carton and ship the boat with shipping and insurance prepaid.

The Company will repair or replace the defective boat or part and ship the repaired or replaced boat or part back to you, shipping and insurance collect. You are responsible for the costs of shipping and insurance to and from the Company.
